It’s a good neck pillow but I guess I prefer more standard pillows. The problem may be that I can’t really sleep well on my back. For someone who can I think it’s an excellent product. I just need to figure out a way to make it work for me.Used this travel pillow on recent trip. Fabric is nice, soft. Neck support is a bit high/thick - can't quite lean back against chair rest as well as I'd like, but overall satisfactory.I have neck issues and the chiropractor recommended a travel pillow while using mycellphone. I pillow fits just right and is comfortable.Will purchase again as needed.This is a nice, well made product! It does not provide enough support for me personally, it's a little too loose for my size. But on other people it may fit. It has a nice bag, earplugs and eye cover also for resting. The size/support is why I didn't give it a higher rating. Definitely a good product.It wasn’t as comfortable as I thought it would be and it was smaller than what I expected. But for traveling it’s great.It's soft to the touch and seems like it'll be nice and comfortable. Might be too soft if you need something firmer to hold you up. I'm attaching it right to my carry-on so I'm not using the black pouch it comes in but it's convenient storage in-between trips. I would suggest they change the velcro on the eye mask because velcro + long hair = pain and misery. I mean elastic exists.I bought this on a whim for upcoming flights for the holidays. I ended up catching a cold and this here neck pillow and I got really close as I tried resting on the way home. I found the material very soft (I would find myself stroking it while I was holding it) and the form was firm but cozy. I was looking for a pillow that would be structured enough to be useful (who wants a flabby pillow?) But still condense down enough that it wouldn't take up too much space.This pillow fits the bill for me. It pops out of the bag ready to go and it's pretty easy to smash back down into the bag and smush into a corner of my backpack (even while sitting shoulder to shoulder with any airplane seatmates). I would even say that the bag could be smaller to hold it more compactly, but the size does allows it to be formed easily inside any free space of your bag. I actually have taken to using this when I read before bed for some extra neck support. Well worth my money!Can't wait to use in winter camping, but would not recommend for a summer flight that the plane ac is struggling to keep up. It's a warm sleep.
