I had ordered this product before and liked the firmness a lot. Due to my own fault (i did not remove the cover before washing it and it broke in half) i had to order a new one. I noticed ppl were complaining that the item was too hard. Well it was perfect for me and i am sure a few other people.I don’t need a neck roll that practically disappears when you lay on it is so soft. That‘s what it‘s doing now. I hate it. I can’t fault the company trying to give its customers what they want but it hate it -it squeezes down - nothing left - it totally collapses. Way to go people - you ruined a perfectly great neck roll for me…
