I am mostly a side sleeper and this pillow is amazing! I purchased 4 pillows total after having fusion of c3-c5, 2 from Amazon, one from a major mattress seller store and another from a local store. This one was the only one that didn’t have me waking up to neck pain and a headache. I am a 5’6” woman and 125 pounds with a smallish frame. I use this pillow with only the main part and not the additional layers. It was the only pillow that went small enough to work for my frame size. It cradles my neck perfectly. The additional layers it comes with could probably accommodate up to an average size man. I have the king size which fits well in a king case even with all the layers. I highly recommend this pillow!I have severe neck pain. If I sleep wrong, I’m wrecked for the whole day. I have purchased over 12 different pillows with one of them costing $300 and nothing could compare to this pillow. I have purchased 3 of these pillows. I am a firefighter so I bought one for work, home and travel. They do not make an indent from sleeping on it, they stay true to shape, and kept its cushion for over 2 years. The foam began to fall apart and I contacted the company. They INSTANTLY replaced the pillow after sending pictures. I would recommend this brand and pillow if you have neck/back pain. This is a really comfortable cervical pillow that also provides good support. The only thing thing that wasn't perfect for me is that it was a tad too elevated for my neck ( I am 5'3 1/2" tall ). So, I gave it to my husband, who is 6'2", and it is just right for him!I have a herniated disc in my neck and no pillow has brought me comfort like this one. I’m strictly a back sleeper so I had to take the middle insert out right away but I’m saving it in case the pillow ever loses loft over time. It has a beautiful pillow case and zero “foam” smell. I especially like that it’s available in king size and fits inside my king size pillow case. I hope it lasts a long time.Over the years since contour pillows first came on the scene in the early 90’s I’ve purchased more than I’d care to admit to. All in an effort to find the one that truly performed up to its billing and I finally after literally 30 years I’ve found it.I’m predominantly a side sleeper so when contour pillows first arrived, they sounded like the perfect solution to support my neck keeping it in the proper alignment with my spine. Well, after a while, I found that all contour pillows are not alike. Depending on your size, the part of the pillow that supports your neck can be too high or too low unless the manufacturer sells more than one size option allowing one to purchase the correct height thickness to support the neck. Still, it was all guesswork.Nowadays, when you buy a contour pillow it’s usually a one- size-fits-all. Well, unless you can adjust the pillow to the height that correctly supports your neck, one-size-fits-all just doesn’t cut the mustard.Royal Therapy solved the problem by designing a contour pillow with 4 user-adjustable layers to literally custom fit the pillow to the user’s personal needs. Gone are the days when you purchased a contour pillow hoping it was the right one for you only to get it home and find out that it wasn’t made with your neck and head comfort in mind.As if the adjustability alone wasn’t enough to make this pillow a number one contender for the crown and well worth the price of admission, the memory foam is without a doubt far superior to any contour pillow that I’ve ever used. It firmly supports my neck without applying any noticeable pressure or overly firm spots. The surface that your head lays on is supported without allowing your head to sink deep into the pillow, thus, keeping your neck in perfect alignment with the spine throughout the night.Since using the Royal Therapy my morning neck pain is history and the back pain is at least 75% improved and feeling better with each passing morning. The price may seem to be a bit costly and look like other contour pillows costing half the price or less, but that’s where the similarities end. This pillow is filled with what it takes to get the sleep and comfort that the rest of the pack can only promise. After trying so many different types of cervical pillows and always failing to find a good one, this pillow is perfect, a bit too pricey but I am hoping it will be worth it as I bought two of them. Definitely worth a try!I have herniated cervical discs. This pillow allows me to have a comfortable sleepMy wife loves this pillow and its sizeI like a fairly firm pillow that does not compress under the weight of my head and neck. When I first felt it with my hands I wondered if it was too compressible but after lying on it I really like the feel. I am a back sleeper and I use the thicker end. I may take out a 1 in insert to make it a little shorter then the 6.5 ". I won't buy one thinner then 4.5" at the thick end, with compression this is about 5". I buy lots of pillows as I have neck issues...so far this is one of the best!Ability to adjust pillow height is a very good feature. Foam density is unique.I’ve chosen this pillow to replace a similarly profiled foam pillow that I’ve slept on for a few years now, as I could find a suitable replacement for it. Until now I’m hoping .Love the firmness and how it forms your neck. I was always getting sore necks from other pillows. It is a great product for side or back sleepers.I’ve always suffered from neck and shoulder pain before discovering Royal Therapy Pillows… I bought my first pillow from you 1 year ago and I’ve never slept on another pillow since. This is my 2nd purchase!Haven’t slept on it yet but feels nice a d looks like good quality upon opening. A little bit of smell but aired it out for a day and ok.
